Subscription Details:
Bi-monthly Subscription means after your first purchase your card will be billed every 60 days on the first of that month. For example: You will join the subscription on Sept 1, 2024 and 60 days later your card will be charged again on November 1, 2024 and there after every 60 days! We anticipate shipping all boxes 5 days after your card is billed.
When will my box be shipped: Each subscription box will be shipped by the 5th of the month.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription? Yes you can. You will receive a series of emails with all the details about the subscription and how to pause and cancel.
Can I return my box? We are sorry but we do not accept returns, exchanges or give store credit.
Can I have my box shipped? Yes! There will be a flat rate shipping charge of $12.95 for shipping to the 48 continental United States.
Can I pick up my box? Yes you can! Just choose local pick up at checkout. Pick up orders will be ready after the 5th of the month and you will receive an email letting you know it is ready. Please do not call or come into the store to pick up your box before you get the email. Thanks
